Classroom Management Plan

Mr. D’s Room

In my classes I use a foul one, foul two, foul three, and foul four method of discipline. The classroom has a foul board where all students start the day with no fouls.  If a rule is broken, (after a reminder), the student will move his/her clip to foul one as a warning.  If the student continues to have problems he/she will move their clip to foul two and will miss 5 minutes of recess or free choice.  If more rules are broken in the same day, that child will move his/her clip to foul three (after another reminder) and will be issued a consequence, such as missing 10 minutes of recess or free choice.   A note will be sent home for their parents to sign and return with their child the next school day.  If the child continues to have trouble I will move their clip to foul four and send them to the principles office with a referral (only as a last resort).
